- Laser complex “MASTER” to perform high-class precision operations. In comparison with its analogs, “MASTER” has advanced features like processing speed, excellent accuracy of laser beam position as well as beam power control. The weighing equipment operates on tensometric principle and allows to acquire automatically the following data: weight of the whole train and of separate car train, axle load and also information about wheel pair defects, uneven cargo trimming, etc.
- Rehabilitation of contaminated territories by means of selective sorbents and organic-mineral compositions.
- Discrete surface hardening of metal parts by electrospark method with composite coating. Owing to electrospark effect a change of materials' structure and properties occurs into the depth of 2 to 4 mm, surface hardness increases by up to 60-65 units (HRC) whereas ductility of original part remains intact. This method will extend operational life of parts by 3 to 5 times. This equipment can be applied at engineering and other industries, production of spare parts for autos and machines, etc.
